Price

It is understood by units and euros.

They will be those that appear in our tariff in force at the moment of the acceptance of the order.

The sales prices may be modified without prior notice, being notified as soon as possible, although the commitments made to customers at the time of purchase will be respected.

Offers: On our website for unlimited time users will enjoy a 10% discount. 

Orders

When placing the first order, the user accepts the registration of their data on the portal to improve the user experience, sending commercial information of interest or contact for the proper management of their orders.

There is no minimum purchase amount for the supply of orders.

Invoices

Once the customer has placed the order, the paper invoice will be included in the package and a digital copy will be sent to the customer's e-mail address. The customer can request, whenever he wants, both the electronic and paper invoice by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Taxes

To be paid by the buyer. All prices include VAT.

Shipping costs

Attention: If the shipment cannot be delivered by the shipping agency because the delivery address is wrong, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment. In cases of free shipping and return of the product, the shipping will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

They will be at the buyer's expense.

All orders over 99 euros (VAT included), will be shipped carriage paid, to any destination in Spain and Portugal, within the peninsular areas (Islands not included).

For the rest, the shipping price will be calculated according to the weight of each of the products inserted in the shopping cart.

The postage of orders requested by express transport, or by another agency other than the one contracted by Innovation & Technology Scooter, S.L., shall be borne by the consignee.

General information

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

The shipping method is standard with tracking code and delivery without signature.  Whichever shipping method is selected, it will be shipped as soon as possible, with your tracking link that will allow you to track the shipment of your package online (depending on the selected shipping method and logistic provider).

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They contain a variable part based on the weight and dimensions of the package. We recommend that you consolidate your purchases into one order, as we cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each order.

Particular attention is paid to packages containing fragile objects.

The goods always travel at the buyer's risk and expense, even in the case of special agreements.

Information for customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

All orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be processed as an export in accordance with current tax legislation.

Please note that the amount charged for transportation includes only the transportation of the goods, and not all the expenses incurred for the import at the destination customs.

According to current regulations, all shipments made by companies destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have an additional cost of export SAD amounting to 18 €.

WARNING: There is the possibility of not paying DUA by means of Correos, by making a T2LF type shipment.

PayPal is the fast and secure way to pay online.

You can easily pay for your purchases with your debit card, credit card or bank account through PayPal.

Right of withdrawal

Private customers will have a period of 14 calendar days to notify their desire to withdraw from one or more products of their order as provided for in Article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 (which offers a withdrawal period of only 14 calendar days from receipt of the order).

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. If it is not possible to return the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, the merchandise will suffer a depreciation.

The deadline for the exercise of this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of provision of services, without penalties for its exercise. The consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs.The product must be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product. The product must be returned properly packaged, as it was delivered to the customer, with its box and internal protections of the product.

ATTENTION: No returns will be accepted if the product arrives at our facilities with signs of wear, use or poor packaging of the product in its return.

On the part of the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of returning the products.

I&T Scooter, will refund the amount and its shipping costs to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the product in perfect condition. 

The following is the standard form that can be used by the user to notify the cancellation:

This form is not mandatory. 

Warranty

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum warranty period of 3 years, regardless of the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product's data sheet. The consumer may contact both the seller and the manufacturer of the product during this period. The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract terminated. It is essential that the consumer and user has previously informed the seller within 2 months of becoming aware of the lack of conformity.

The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions as determined by the manufacturers. I&T Scooter is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, be they direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings, damage resulting from deterioration or loss of data.

If the defect of a product comes to light during the first 6 months after delivery of the good, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed at the time of purchase and the consumer does not have to prove anything. However, when the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer or the seller may require an independent expert report in order to process the warranty. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period there is no problem at all.

1. In case of defective product, I & T Scooter will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. 

2. I&T Scooter shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery. 

3. The consumer and user shall inform I&T Scooter of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. 

Insurance

All items manufactured by us are covered by liability insurance.

Ownership of the Merchandise

I&T Scooter reserves the right of ownership of the delivered goods until the buyer has not fully paid the amount thereof, in which case it will be considered as a deposit and custody. The goods may be withdrawn for non-payment within the period previously stipulated.

Limitation of liability

I&T Scooter will try to offer truthful and accurate information, taking into account the state of technology. We recommend consulting the manufacturer's website of each product to ensure the perfect suitability of the product for the purpose intended by the user.

Except where expressly stated, neither I&T Scooter nor any of its directors, employees or representatives shall be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site. In particular, they shall not be liable for possible damages caused to persons and/or things, nor for the total or partial loss of data and information, nor for expenses and/or loss of profits that may arise from the use of the products marketed by I&T Scooter.

I&T Scooter is not responsible for the contents of other web pages linked to this site. The risks derived from the consultation of such pages correspond exclusively to the client who must abide by the terms and conditions of use of the same.
