Any order over 99 euros (VAT included) will be shipped with shipping costs paid, to any destination in Spain and Portugal, within the mainland areas (Islands not included).

For the rest, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of each of the products added to the shopping cart.

The shipping costs for orders requested via express transport, or by any agency other than the one contracted by Innovation & Technology Scooter, S.L, will be the responsibility of the consignee.

General information

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

The shipping method is standard with tracking code and delivery without signature. Whatever shipping method is selected, it will be shipped as soon as possible, with your tracking link that will allow you to track the shipment of your package online. (Depending on the selected shipping method and logistics provider)

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and shipping. They contain a variable component based on the weight and dimensions of the package. We recommend that you consolidate your purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders and you will need to pay the shipping costs for each order.

Special attention is given to packages containing fragile items.

The merchandise travels, always, at the buyer's expense and risk, even in the case of special agreements.

Information for customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

All orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be processed as an export in accordance with current tax legislation.

Please note that the amount charged for transportation includes only the transport of the goods, and does not include all the expenses incurred for the importation at the destination customs.

According to current regulations, all shipments made by companies destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will incur an additional export DUA cost of €18.

If you need detailed information about import costs, you can contact the Customs Authority in your area, where you will receive comprehensive information about the expenses and fees incurred for the importation.

ATTENTION : There is a possibility of not paying DUA through the transport agency Correos by making a T2LF type shipment.

Right of withdrawal

Individual customers will have a period of 14 calendar days to notify their desire to withdraw from one or more products of their order as provided in Article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (which offers a withdrawal period of only 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order)

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with transport seals or adhesive tapes. If it is not possible to return the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, the merchandise will suffer a depreciation.

The period for exercising this right is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it involves the provision of services, without penalties for its exercise.

The total amount of the product will be refunded to the consumer.

The product must be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product. The product should be returned properly packaged, just as it was delivered to the customer, with its box and internal protections of the product.

ATTENTION : Returns will not be accepted if the product arrives at our facilities showing signs of wear, use, or poor packaging in its return.

The consumer will have to pay the shipping costs for the return of the products.

I&T Scooter will refund the amount and shipping costs to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the product in perfect condition.

Guarantee

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum warranty period of three years, regardless of the warranty offered by the manufacturer in the product information. The consumer can address both the seller and the manufacturer of the product during this period. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to its replacement, to a price reduction, or to the termination of the contract. It is essential that the consumer and user have previously informed the seller within 2 months from the time they became aware of the lack of conformity.

The warranty applies as long as the product is used under the normal operating conditions set by the manufacturers. I&T Scooter is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether they are direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by individuals, damage to property not related to the product, loss of profits or lost earnings, damages arising from deterioration or data loss.

If a product defect comes to light within the first 6 months from the delivery of the good, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed at the time of purchase, and the consumer does not have to prove anything. However, when the lack of conformity manifests after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer or seller may require an independent expert report to process the warranty. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period, there is no problem at all.

1. In the case of a defective product, I&T Scooter will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
2. I&T Scooter is responsible for any non-conformities that arise within a period of three years from the delivery.
3. The consumer and user must inform I&T Scooter of the lack of conformity within two months from the time they became aware of it.

Insurance

All the items we manufacture are covered by liability insurance.

Property of the Merchandise

I&T Scooter reserves the right of ownership of the supplied goods until the buyer has fully paid the amount due, in which case it will be considered as a deposit and custody. The goods may be withdrawn for non-payment within the previously stipulated period.

Limitation of liability

I&T Scooter will attempt to provide accurate and reality-based information, taking into account the state of technology. We recommend checking the manufacturer's website for each product to ensure the perfect suitability of the product for the user's intended purpose.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, neither I&T Scooter nor any of its directors, employees, or representatives shall be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site. In particular, they shall not be liable for any damages caused to persons and/or property, nor for the total or partial loss of data and information, nor for any expenses and/or loss of profits that may arise from the use of the products marketed by I&T Scooter.
