I&T Scooter will process the personal data of website users for the purposes identified below:In connection with the "contact form" to request information from the entity about some product or mere general information:

Purpose 4: Compliance with legal obligations applicable to I&T Scooter or requirements made by public bodies.  Legal basis that legitimizes this treatment: compliance with legal obligations.f) In relation to the "contact form" and other queries (those that can be addressed through the email accounts that appear in the "contact" section of the website):  Purpose 1: to deal with the query in question, together with the sending of the information requested by the user about the activity and/or services of I&T Scooter.Legal basis that legitimizes this treatment: the execution of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship with I&T Scooter.

The personal data of the interested parties will be communicated to the recipients indicated below:(a) In general:I&T Scooter's suppliers, as processors, within the framework of the corresponding provision of services (legal and accounting assistance, auditors, destruction of documentation/information, and IT service providers - e.g., data hosting and e-mail service).Competent authorities and agencies, to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations.b) In connection with the "Registration Form" to request the registration of the entity as a member of I&T Scooter:National Arbitration Board or Autonomous Consumer Boards for the resolution of disputes arising from alleged infringement of the rules of the Code of Ethics relating to electronic contracting with consumers and data protection when it is related to an electronic contracting activity, for cases that could not have been resolved by the Product Mediation Committee.c) In relation to the "contact form" and other queries (those that can be addressed through the e-mail accounts listed in the "contact" section of the website):There is no communication to third parties.e) In relation to the "Newsletter form":There is no communication to third parties.

Compliance with the Law
Occasionally, we are obliged to disclose personal data to authorities and/or courts of law in compliance with a formal requirement under applicable law. In any case, I&T Scooter will always request the correct documentation from the relevant authorities before disclosing any information.
Reporting of defective products and fraud
In the event of disputes, fraud or bad debts, I&T Scooter will attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If this is not possible, we will assess the situation carefully in order to decide how, when and to whom to report the situation.

STORAGE PERIODS

Personal data will be retained:a) In relation to the "registration form" to request the registration of the entity as a member adhered to I&T Scooter: Personal data will be kept until the end of the relationship between I&T Scooter and the adhered entity, unless the latter previously requests I&T Scooter to delete them. For this purpose, the member is reminded that, in its capacity as data controller, it must notify I&T Scooter, as the recipient to whom it communicates personal data, of any rectification or deletion of the data of its representatives, authorized persons and other contact persons.Once the relationship has ended, insofar as the personal data of the data subjects are relevant for the purposes of I&T Scooter's liability vis-à-vis the member entities, such data shall be kept, duly blocked, at the disposal of the competent judicial authorities or public administrations, for the purpose of enforcing any liabilities arising from the processing for the statute of limitations period thereof.b) In relation to the "Newsletter form": until the user requests the deletion of his/her data.d) In relation to the "contact form": The data will be kept for a period of 2 years, unless Confianza Online is previously requested to delete them. 

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Users of the website may exercise before I&T Scooter, to the extent applicable, the following rights: access to personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition to processing, data portability and, where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw it at any time.Users may exercise these rights by duly identifying themselves with their ID card and addressing themselves by post or e-mail to the addresses indicated in the "Data Controller" section.Users will also have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency) if they consider their rights have been violated.
